Times Tables

TIMES TABLES 

Whilst at home please make time to practise Times Tables regularly. It is important to not only practise the multiplication facts but also the inverse, division facts. By the end of Year 2, you will be expected to know multiplication and division facts for the 2, 5 and 10x tables. By the end of Year 3, you should know facts for the 2, 3, 4, 8 and 10 Times Tables. There are a lot of facts to remember which is why daily practise is REALLY IMPORTANT!

 

Please use the games Hit the Button and Daily 10 to practise your Times Tables. Links and Instructions to the games are below: 

  • Daily 10 Mental Maths 1. Go to the choose button and select level 2. 2. Choose from the Multiplication or Division Option. 3. Select the Times Tables you wish to practise. 4. Select the time limit you would like for each answer.
  • Hit the Button Click on the picture of the game and then on the Times Tables option. Practise your 2, 5 and 10x tables please. If not confident just yet, just focus on 10 x tables
  • Times Tables Worksheets Scroll down and select the times tables you want to practise. Tick the 'Times by' and 'Divide by' options. Last, select how many questions you want to answer.
