• Children in Need day - raised £110!!!

    The staff and Children dressed up in spots or stripes to help raise money. The Make a difference Club also decorated and sold yummy cakes!

  

• Binsted 6- Bentley 2

  In a very exciting first match of the season Binsted beat Bentley 6-2 at the Rec today. A super performance from both teams meant the match was played in a great spirit and everyone played well. Binsted got their noses in front at half-time after a clinical finish from Ronnie. In the second half Bentley applied excellent pressure to 'keeper Archie's goal but were kept out by some strong defending from Ollie and Cody. Aidan and Finn provided lots of threat on the break and were supported by Will and Tommy as Aidan helped himself to a fantastic hat-trick. Well done to all the players and we look forward to the return match at Bentley after Christmas.

  A great day for all groups- The Giant Swing was definitely a favourite. Rumour has it Mr Jennings screamed loudly!

• PGL up-date

  I  have just spoken to Mr Jennings who says they are all having a brilliant time, plus the weather has been good to them - always a bonus! They are just off to tea and then they have their last evening session which is a quiz show. Mr J. will post more pictures tonight too.

   

  We look forward to seeing them tomorrow - hopefully by 3.30; the school has been quiet without them!

   I have just spoken to MrJennings - he says they have had a brilliant day and he will post pictures tonight, after tea. The school is very quiet without our wonderful Y5 and 6 but I am glad they are having a great time.

  We had an amazing Harvest Festival today - we have collected lots of food for the Alton foodbank too.
