Class Organisation

Key Stage 1 Snack

• Fruit and vegetables are provided for Key Stage 1, but you also provide your child with a healthy snack.

Water Bottles

• Please provide your child with a named water bottle so they can hydrate throughout the day.

P.E. and P.E. Kit

• We have have P.E. twice a week.  Please ensure PE kit is always in school.
• We have indoor and outdoor P.E. 
• Please send in named P.E. kit and keep it in school.

Class Groups 

• Children are organised into different groups throughout the day, e.g. for Phonics, English, Maths, Topic, P.E., small group work, whole-class carpet input.
• Groups, tables and allocated spaces on the carpet are changed frequently and the children all work together.

Homework - Reading

• Please remember to listen to your child read every day and write in the Reading Diary.  Please see the Reading tile for more information.

Spellings

• Spellings will be given each Friday and tested weekly on Friday.

Purple Mash

• Other optional Homework will be on Purple Mash.

Numbots and TTRockstars

• Please remember there are activities to complete on Numbots and TT Rockstars. 
• The login details are in the reading diaries.
• If you can not locate the login details, just ask and we will re-print them.
