Rowan Class children have been given login details for Numbots and TTRockstars.

Digit Formation

Rowan Class are working hard to make sure their written digits are the correct way around and are formed correctly.

We have been looking at the different ways to write some numbers, e.g: 1, 1 or just as a straight line, curved 6 and 9 versus straight 6 and 9 and all the different ways to write the digit four!

We have been listening to some songs to try and remember how to write the digits.

Days of the Week and Months of the Year

During the Autumn and Winter months, Rowan class will be observing and learning about the changes in weather during these seasons.

Before we can separate the the calendar year into four seasons, we need to know the months of the year. In class we have been joining in with some songs, raps and videos.
