Welcome to our Young Governors for 2025/26

At our first meeting, the new Young Governors discussed ideas for the proposed Community garden on the vicarage field next to the school. The children had lots of suggestions to encourage wildlife and create a relaxing, fun space for everyone:

 

  • Strawberry garden – Olive
  • Chill out area with benches for relaxing on – Arabella
  • Prayer garden
  • Wild life garden with wild flowers for birds and honey bees – Felix
  • Bird feeders for wild birds - Riley
  • Wild life pond - Betsy
  • Outside playground – Riley
  • Bug Hotel – Felix
  • Fire Pit – camp fire cooking – Smores
  • Tree House
  • Camping area for a sleepover
