Homework

Homework Expectations 

 

Homework will be set on a Friday and due in on Wednesdays.

 

At Binsted we aim for children to complete 30 minutes of skills practice daily so this would comprise of 10 minutes of reading, 10 minutes of times tables practice and 10 minutes of spelling practice. Once a week we will set an additional task which should take about 30 minutes to complete. Children who do not do their homework will be asked to complete it on a Thursday lunchtime where staff will be available to help.

 

Your child has been issued with a homework book and Year 3 have also been given an additional English work book. If you are unsure which group your child is in, please refer to their homework book or email me on v.dewey@binsted.hants.sch.uk and I would be really happy to help you.
